Unveil! A Burlesque Student Showcase – Thursday, Feb 19, 2026
Unveil is a showcase of burlesque students all taught by Kami Oh and Booger Boobs. After 6 weeks of hard work and dirty dancing these debutantes are ready to show off what they are made of. Expect an evening of glitter and glamor where nothing is off limits and everything is possible! Come and see what these burlesque babes unveil to you!
Featuring all new acts by Cherry St. John, Dani Babes, Delicia Spekter, Harlot Moon, Just Mary, Lulu L’Chaim, and Minnesota Naughty. With burlesque debuts by Casey Clare and Norma Desrat!
Hosted by Booger Boobs and Kami Oh!
All tickets will be general admission so seating will be first come, first served.
21+ Event
Doors open at 7:30pm, Show starts at 8pm.
PARKING: This venue is street parking only. Uber or Lyft is encouraged.
CLASSES
Weekly Drop In Classes
We are now offering drop in classes on Saturdays from 1pm to 2:15pm.
Class is great for all levels, from absolute beginner to seasoned dancer. We will start with a warm up, across the floor or special skill work, and end with a short combo.

*Enter Studio E from the little alleyway thru the green gate on the right side of the building off of Burbank Blvd. The door is on your left just before you get to the little patio area.
What to wear:
Comfy clothes you would work out in or take a dance class in. You can take class in heels, flats, or bare feet – whatever you feel safe and comfortable in.
What to bring:
Just your gorgeous selves! And a water bottle to stay hydrated. *Occasionally we’ll be working with an object or piece of clothing. Check our Instagram page for each week for more info.
Class fee: $20
Reserve a spot ahead of time by Venmoing the class fee to @Oh-Kami-Oh. Put date of class in the notes. Class fee is fully refundable up to 48 hours before class.

What to Expect from the Course:
Twitease presents: An Act Development Course. This course is for everyone. Whether you are a seasoned performer or just starting out. This 7 week intensive will give you the skills you need to create a burlesque act from start to finish. After 6 weeks you will perform your act on stage at The Cat’s Crawl in East Hollywood for an audience of friends and supporters. The final optional class will give you an insight into the business of burlesque and how to go about getting yourself booked. This course is designed to help you create an act for the stage. There will be elements of improv to help you create choreography so you can tell whatever story you want to convey. Burlesque is broad and we want you to find your voice be that classic, comedic or everything in between. Past students have added elements such as singing and spoken word to their acts, others have kept it to a classic strip. You will find what brings the best of you out on stage and Kami and BB are there to guide you! Kami and BB both bring different specialties to their teaching with years of experience. There will be a focus on character and story telling as well as signature burlesque moves such as your classic bump and grind. They will help you develop your act from start to finish including costuming, props and stage presence.
Cost:
$300 total. $100 deposit to hold your spot with the balance ($200) to be paid by the first day of class. All payments to be sent to Oh-Kami-Oh on Venmo. One payment is received you will be confirmed for class.
Please note: Since you will be developing an act there will be some extra individual cost involved with the costuming. But there are plenty of options like second hand stores and things you have in the back of your closet to help keep costs down.

Prerequisites:
We strongly suggest you to have taken at least 2 of our 1pm Saturday drop in burlesque classes before you take the course.
30 Minute Private:
You will also get a 30 minute one on one class with either Kami, BB or both depending on availability. This will help you with any extra attention you might need and you decide what you would like to work on during that time. (choreography, costume, chit chat).
Last Class Optional:
The last class will help you navigate where to go now that you have performed your number. We will give you final feedback on your act as well as tips and tricks on how to get booked by other producers. And what’s next in your burlesque career. Obviously if you are just doing this for fun and have no interest in pursuing a burlesque career you don’t need to attend this final class but everyone is more than welcome.
Missed Classes:
We understand that life is messy and things come up. We ask that you not miss more than one class for the entire course (excluding the optional last class) but if you absolutely have to miss a second class you can use your 30 minute one on one to catch up.
Show:
The show will be held on Thursday 7/24 at The Cat’s Crawl in East Hollywood. Show will start at 8pm. Call time 6:15pm. Show performance is optional.
Group Act:
During the course we will be teaching you a group act to perform on the night of the show. This as well as the show is optional.
